Apple TV suddenly won't stop syncing

2 days ago my Apple TV started acting strange. When I open iTunes it automatically syncs as usual. All of the sudden iTunes will not stop syncing, the progress bar never stops. I have let it run for @ 10 hours and still nothing. The strange thing is I can watch all my movies (which are streamed) with no issues. I have reset the apple TV and this did nothing. Any ideas?

Yep, I've had it a few times. Normally resolved by rebooting both the AppleTV and Computer.

Let me know you you go. I seem to be getting this a bit more frequently lately. I am wondering whether the latest iTunes update broke something

Although this little problem did take me one step closer to purchasing a Mac mini to use in place of the Apple TV.
