I have 2 Apple TV 4K devices and both are behaving in the same way. Any programmes I watch in the prime app or Disney + app are added to “up next”. If I navigate to a movie or TV show using the “Apple TV” app on the Apple TV device and start playing the movie/TV show, it gets added to “up next”. But if I navigate to a movie using the “movie” app, or navigate to a TV show using the “TV shows” app, the movie/tv show doesn’t get added to up next. I am pretty certain that previously any movie / tv show that I watched was added to “up next” irrespective of how I navigated to it, although I may be wrong. Has anyone else experienced this and/or know how to fix it?
Thanks

I think that feature is only for the TV.app.
The Movies and TVShows apps haven’t been touch in awhile, they even still use the old aspect ratio cover art.

Ah I see thanks. I had thought it was my Apple TV behaving incorrectly.

I definitely do prefer the movies and TV shows apps to the TV app.

Ditto, especially the info panel of the movie your about to start.
The old one looks so much better.
