Hi All

I am not so tech savy with all the video settings
I just want to display the best quality picture using my set up

I have a 47" HD tv that supports up to 1080i
I have my apple tv hooked up via HDMI cable

What should i set my apple tv video setting to for the best quality
I assume 1080i but my buddy tells me 720p then there is the whole 50hz options which confuse me more :)

my choices are
1080i
720p

1080i 50hz
720p 50hz

Don't look at what your TV supports, look at what the native resolution of your TV is. For example, my Panasonic plasma is 720p. It supports 1080i, but its much better to give it the native resolution.
