Hi guys just what am I to expect from Apple TV
or is there anything better?

I have zero intrest in purchasing/renting movies
can get a lot out of my PS3, so any reason to buy an Apple TV.

Can i stream vid/photos through it onto my 42 inch TV?
Just what is the benefits of buying one.
