Apple TV - wired and wireless network

I have my Apple TV plugged into a wired network, which also has a wireless network attached to it. When my laptop is plugged into the wired network, I see the Apple TV, but I cannot see it when the same laptop is connected to the wireless network (which like I said is connected to the wired network). Any hints to get iTunes seeing it? thanks

Hi,
are you using two routers, a wired one and a wireless one? Because if you are you are creating effectivly two networks. Otherwise what is you setup e.g. access point..... i may be able to help.

This would be my guess. Is there a way to merge the two networks into one?
