Apple TV with LG Ultrafine

Hi,

I have an LG Ultrafine display 21.5", The one apple sells, 22MD4KA. Can I connect the Apple TV to the display?. I do not have a stand-alone TV in my place and don't really want to buy one.
I believe that I would need an adapter to go from HMDI to Thunderbolt 3.

I have searched around but I have been unable to find an answer.

AFAIK there is no adapter to go from HDMI to TB3. It was already been asked in TB2 days, but did not materialize.
All adapters available so far go from TB to HDMI but not the other way around.
Please correct me, if I am behind the state of art in this.
