With no access to Front Row from my IMac, what is the best way to access movie trailers that I can watch on my big screen TV?

If you go to Movies in the ATV2, you can watch the trailers there.

No it's always been there since the Apple TV 2 (black) came out. The 4.4 update just re-organized the layout.

And the trailers are in Movies --> In Theaters.

Alternately, if you have an iphone or ipod touch, you can use the free Trailers app (made by Apple and available from the App store) to choose the trailer and then Airplay it to the ATV2.
