Other Apple Upgrade Program: How and When for Returning old model

Got into the Apple Upgrade Program with the iPhone 12 Pro Max.

So, just purchasing the iPhone 13, I am now faced with returning the iPhone 12 to Apple.

I take it Apple sends me a box and a return label to send back the old phone?

And precisely when does this happen? When should I expect the return packaging?

Should get the empty box to return early next week. You have 14 days after you receive the new phone to return the old one. All they want is the phone, no charging cable.
