Hi Everyone, I have a Mac Book Pro and have just purchased the Apple USB-C to Digital AV, multi port Adapter. I have prepared a Power Point presentation and needed a way to connect my MBP to the tv that I will be using for my presentation. I am using a 12’ HDMI connecter from my adapter to the port in the tv. This is where the problems begin. The tv and computer menus and windows become so small that I need a magnifying glass to read my screen and the clicker doesn't work either. I plugged the USB, for the clicker, into the same adapter as the HDMI cord. In order to give my presentation, I now have to be glued to my computer screen, rather than stand apart from it in order to give a decent talk to my audience. I thought by spending $90 on the adapter, that I would not have the problems that I am experiencing. I’m pretty savvy with technology and this is the first time since I’ve had my MBP that I am feeling really frustrated, like in the days I was using a Microsoft computer. Any suggestions out there? Do I need a special HDMI cord that is specialized for Mac computers? Is it a settings problem? Do I end up sending my Power Point presentation to my husbands Toshiba (his lap top has USB and HDMI ports) and take that instead of my MBP? Thanks in advance.
