iPod Apple warranty: International?

If I buy an iPod in England, will it still be covered by warranty in Canada?

Any prior experience/documentation on this?
 
I thought they did worldwide coverage?

On the Apple store there's a button to bring up a chat with an "Apple expert". They'll be able to tell you.
