Hey,

so I replaced the whole display and also force touch. Display is working without any harm, but force touch doesnt work. I cleaned it well, tried more than just one force touch piece and still without any response..

Any idea if there is some kind of software problem or anything?

Thank Youu

how / where did you replace it?
In my place, I work in Apple devices service. We have got the parts from China, but on some Apple watches it works without any problem, but in like half of the repairements of the Apple Watch there is this problem with not working force touch :-(
I am really desperate.. Thanks

It’s not a software issue, it’s a hardware problem that something is not connected properly or the display unit that you replaced it with is faulty. It’s one of the two. Re-check the connections as a start.
