Apple Watch App Installation S(t)uck

Hey everyone;

I start to have a bit of a problem lately. Actually, this problem occurred 2 days ago.

I have downloaded a new app to my iPhone and waited for it to be downloaded on my Apple Watch as well. But it didn't do anything. When I start checking the problem, I see my other apps which should have been downloaded to my watch seems to be stuck in Installing...

I have hard reset the watch, the phone : Nothing happened.
Watch On & Off - iPhone On & Off : Nothing Happened
Erased All Content and settings : Nothing Happened
Setup as new watch & iPhone : Nothing Happened
Erase Network Settings : Nothing Happened
Contact Apple Support : Nothing Happened

I start to think it could be because of my Bluetooth, but when I connect my phone to my watch, I still get the notifications and such.

Sometimes after resetting the phone and watch, I see the apps on the watch layout but they don't install at all. They just lay on my watches screen in installing, like a pie chart.

what do you guys think about this ?

Any solutions related of software or could it be a hardware issue ?

UPDATE : The problem seems to be solved by itself. I have no idea how it solved itself, sorry for that no detailed information how to solve the problem.
