Apple Watch monthly challenge problem

I just completed my Apple Watch challenge for the month but it is not awarding me the badge. I finished it about 2 hours ago and it usually awards me it right away. I have restarted my Apple Watch and it has not awarded me it. What should I do.

Ok. This is so weird because it says I have done 14 workouts when I just had to do 13.

Try restarting both your iPhone and Apple Watch.
