My Apple Watch series 4 used for couple of months after screen replacement but it was very slow booting I erased all data on Watch & unpair from my iPhone
Then while pairing to iPhone it was unpairing automatically
I don’t know what cause it happening

please see above video link exact samething happening with me

Was this repair done by Apple? If so, contact them about your problem. If it wasn’t done by Apple, I suspect whoever replaced the screen either damaged your watch or used parts / process that may trigger the watch not being a compatible device.

I concur with @BasicGreatGuy : it sounds at first blush that the repair did a number on the watch that’s now preventing it from pairing.

It was replaced by third party
I think he had changed screen without turn off Watch
After he replaced it stuck on apple logo for 1 hour
Several hard reset attempts it was booted
I used for few months then erased my watch & unpair from my iPhone
Then after got this issue
