In the UK, the price for an AWS (38mm) is £369. The price in USA is $369. The current exchange rate suggests the price should be £278.12 (£1 = $1.32). Is this a mistake on Apple's website, or are the prices skewed in other countries too?

Always skewed but the difference has increased with the Series 2 .... Slightly less difference because US prices don't include tax ... But still a heavy difference .... Blame brexit;)

You're missing the 20 VAT in the UK and similar rates in most EU countries. So on a straight exchange rate it should be about £333. That then ignores the differing cost of doing business in each market.

I thought apple was not paying taxes in the EU in general... XD

VAT is akin to a US sales tax and paid by the consumer.
my message was with irony mode on.... I know that... but it is silly that in EU apple is saying that the asking price includes taxes and then it has been demonstrated they are not paying so much... off topic end ;-)

It's not "silly"... it's the law. In the UK the posted prices must include VAT.

The reason why they can do it is because VAT is the same across the whole country. In the US there are federal/state/local taxes that are all different... so there is no way to post a single price that includes taxes.
