Hi. I own a series 5 Ceramic edition AppleWatch and unfortunately, it fell and the case broke. I have an AppleCare+ for it since day one and wondering if I can go to an Apple store anywhere in Europe in order to repair it and if so, how much time will it take to repair/replace it, considering it's a discontinued product. I bought it in London but planning on a repair in Berlin. Thanks.

If you have AppleCare+ you can repair it worldwide. But make an appointment first so you don't have to stand in line.
Usually if there are spare parts, they can do the repair/ replacement immediately.

I had my AirPods3 chewed up by dog, went in for my appointment, the guy was able to just replace them. Simple.

Thanks. AirPods 3 are pretty new and always in stock/have spare parts, the series 5 ceramic AW is pretty old and I don't think it's the same case :(

In the US at least, Watch repairs are all sent to a repair depot, where the watch is replaced and sent back. There’s almost no chance these are done in store in other countries.

It is still in full hardware support as it's not very old. As was mentioned the warranty works worldwide.

You should do an express replacement: https://support.apple.com/watch/repair/express-replacement That way you can have a replacement watch on the way before you hand in your broken one. Replacement cost seems to be 75 Euro. But you need to give them your credit or debit card info so they can place a hold of a couple hundred just on the off-chance you don't return the broken one. That hold is released after you sent in the broken one.

Sometimes you can actually just hand over the broken watch to the same courier when they deliver the replacement watch. Unfortunately that doesn't always work. Last time I did the process, they gave me a prepaid shipping label and I had to arrange a pickup on the UPS website. It was free of charge though as Apple already paid for that courier pickup option as well - which I appreciated a lot.

Under AC+ Apple really only makes you pay the AC+ costs and makes shipping free and so simple you don't have to leave the house for the return.
