I am 14 and I have been using the Apple Watch SE gen 1 for a year now as my primary phone (in family sharing mode). I am a light user and I charge the watch every night with optimized charging on. The battery health is down to 82%. Is this a problem? The watch battery still lasts all day but I don't use it too much: just checking the time and a few 5 min phone calls.

When it gets under 80% you may start to see some issues but if you're a light user and it still last all day I'd say you doing ok. When it goes under 80% you can pay $99 and Apple will replace the watch with a refurbished unit (Apple doesn't replace the battery, they replace the watch) so you'll be getting a like new watch for the cost if a battery replacement. Of course you may opt to buy a new watch for new features but at a higher price than the battery replacement. You'll have to make that decision when the time comes
