Apple Watch Shipments

How often do apple stores get shipments of new products (specifically the new watch)? Does anyone have experience with this? Is there a chance some stores will get more watches shipped in tomorrow and is there any way to find out? (I am aware of sites like istocknow, but they haven't always been reliable in my experiences in the past.)

Typically on new phones they did get new shipments daily. Obviously the watches are a little different as their demand isn’t as high as far as qty. it couldn’t hurt to call the store in the mornings and see if they got any.
