Hey y’all, I’ve been using “reserve-prime.apple.com” here in Europe to snag iPhones as soon as they’re available in local stores, no pre-orders needed. Last Friday, I got a 16 Pro for my wife without a hitch. But after accidentally reserving the wrong 16PM for myself with the wrong color and storage three times (they sell out fast), I got hit with the message: “You’ve reached the reservation limit per customer.”

I Googled it and saw others had the same issue, but no clear answers. I called Apple support, and after over an hour of being bounced around, nobody could help. Some of the reps didn’t even know this reservation system existed!

I’ve cleared my cache, used a different account, tried WiFi and phone data—nothing works. My wife even tried to help, but after a test reservation and canceling, she got blocked too. I’ve been buying iPhones this way for years, and this is the first time I’ve run into this.

I get it’s to stop scalpers, but I didn’t cancel a ton of times, and my wife only did it once. Anyone else run into this and know how to fix it? It’s been 3 days already since the drama started…and this page will be shutdown next week as it is only available for two weeks.

Update: nothing seems to work so I gave up trying.

Pretty sure it's based on Apple ID. Try another one, it's based on legit Apple IDs tied to devices.
