Yes, mine does .. although sometimes I need to cycle the power on the keyboard to get Windows to recognise it.

Mine works as well. I normally have to power cycle like the previous poster but no problems after that.

To avoid problems installing XP, make sure you use a corded keyboard for the initial install. Once you get XP going with drivers, you can switch to the wireless.
