We've got some discussion here too:

But I voted. I personally wouldn't purchase a 15" MacBook. Air.
I mean, thinness and portability were key here when the MacBook Air was first made.
But 15"? Personally that is too big for me, even though if it was fully equipped with nice hardware upgrades.
But I bet others could find an interest. I personally wouldn't buy it. I love my Rev. B MacBook Air. :)

Well i see people like the "good god no" option.

Although i'm still in favour of the 15" Air. It would be great to have an easy to carry around and much more usable computer. Great for editing pictures and documents on the go. Because of the extra size it wouldn't have to sacrifice power as much as the 13" Air. It should be able to handle about the specs of the top end Macbook.

Personally, I would not purchase a 15" screen Air, as I don't believe a machine could be considered portable with a screen that large.

I certainly hope this is just another baseless rumor from people with waaay too much time on their hands;)

The whole point to an MBA is the portability. Once you get to 15 inches you lose the portability no matter what the weight since it becomes too bulky. Not many people would purchase a 15 inch MBA over a 15 inch MBP so I can't see Apple doing this.

I wouldn't buy a 15 inch MBA, but I would buy a 10 inch MBA.
