Hi, Thanks for your Assistant in advance......

Please I am try to Migrate an Apple IMAP server users mailbox to OF365 cloud that requires to have Administrator account that has overall access to all the mailboxes in the server....Please does anyone knows how I can setup an account to have access to all the mailboxes in the Apple Xserver MAIL server....Thanks a lot

So at the moment you don't have access to an account with administrative access? Can you login as a regular user?

If so go to System Preferences -> Users and Groups, and take a look at the list on the left side to see which account does have administrator access.

Then read these instructions very carefully: http://osxdaily.com/2011/04/25/change-admin-password-mac/

Reset the password for the user that has admin rights. If at this point you don't know what user that is, navigate to the Users directory and list the directories

cd /Users
ls

And see what users are on the system. Hopefully one is called Admin or something else easily identifiable.

Please do backup the system before you attempt this.

You will need to setup a dovecot master user and master password. You can then connect to the mailboxes using IMAP or POP3 using the master username and master password.
