I recent purchased a pair of Powerbeats Pro and they're covered by AppleCare+ and I see it on my list of bluetooth devices and on the beats information page.

It just doesn't show the date when the coverage ends.

I know sometimes it takes a little while for the app and Apple to update the coverage date to my devices. but does anyone know how long it will take?

Also, I tried to use apples support coverage website but it doesn't show/tell me the coverage end date either.

Thanks in advanced.

Have you tried contacting Apple support ? I ask because I’d like to know as well 😅
I tried to get to chat but the option to chat isn't available. I must call or request a call back...?!?!?!?

I'm looking for a simple answer that could be done easily with a few messages in a customer support chat. not need to call.

I guess I'll wait until my bluetooth/beats inside the settings APP tell me when the coverage expires.

I would give it a few weeks to update. Also use the Apple Support app to check if you are using an iPhone.

I've done both the support app and the website and the BT settings APP. None give me the expiration date.

I gave up and wanted to know ASAP so I submitted a "repair request" chat.

They gave me the expiration date immediately.
