Applecare+ monthly payments?

I'm trying to get AppleCare+ for my new iMac on monthly payments but it is not allowing me. The page wants me to purchase it at full price is there any way I can get AppleCare+ on monthly payments?

If I am not mistaken, the monthly option is not available (yet) for the Mac.

I believe the monthly payments are only an option at the time of purchase. After that you have to buy it outright. I’ve also had to reach out to support when buying after the fact, as the online purchase of AC+ didn’t work. Last time I tried anyway, which was more than a year ago. I know you can purchase it in settings for iOS and watchOS devices now though. Might be best to reach out to support.

You are both correct. Currently only available on phone and watch.
