I am supposed to be getting a replacement 3GS today because of some issues I was having with my phone. Do they usually send refurbs? Will it be 3.1.3? Any answers would be awesome. Thanks.

Whose sending or giving you the replacement? More than likely it would be the same model as the one you were having problems with and with the most current OS, or maybe one version behind.

Guess you'll just have to wait and see.....................................

They give refurbished phones. They don't look refurbished because the screen and case are always new.
