applecare!! should or can i buy this

i purchased my gf sister tibook can i get applecare for this?being that if theres a problems with it i can send it to them to be fixed.thanks for any replys

You can buy AppleCare for any Mac less than a year old. You can't buy it for any Mac older than that. It will cover all warranty-type issues, but not accidental damage.

tiBook? That's going to be way too old. Heck even if you had Applecare, it would expire at the end of this year (I think they ran out of refurbs a few months after the Al15 launch).
