Let's say I buy a MacBook Pro from someone, but it has issues, like the display inverter buzzing when the brightness is low. Would I be able to send in the MacBook Pro for repair for this first of all, second, would they accept it from me since I'm not the original buyer?

It is transferable there some forms on the apple site to fill out.
