AppleMusic on El Capitan with blank pages?

Hi,

on Friday everything was working fine, today, I must discover that AppleMusic no longer shows me the Radio, Discover and For You sections, they are just blank white pages. Great deal, really Apple!
This is on El Capitan with iTunes 12.8.2.

From a post in a german forum, where someone has contacted Apple support about it, it seems, that you have to update to Sierra or High Sierra or the latest OS for it to work again!!! WT...

Due to the fact, that Adobe is forcing everyone into a subscription model for their software, I am still on El Capitan to make sure my CS5 Suite and LR 6 are working properly. I could update to High Sierra, but then some programs would not work correctly any more.

I installed High Sierra on an external drive and sure enough, AppleMusic is working properly there. The joke is, that the iTunes version on High Sierra is 12.7.4 and the version I have on El Capitan is 12.8.2.

So, I have to subscribe to Adobe for 50 € a month in oder to be able to use my AppleMusic again? That really su...s big times!

I'm also facing this issue and they definitely broke something on their side.

Just called to the support and after they heard that I have El Capitan the only option was to upgrade.
I don't think the support guy even tried to solve that issue or find anything in their manual. iTunes is a part of OS he said, you have to upgrade to get the latest version. But I already have the latest version.

I am really thinking about writing a short mail about this to Tim! I mean, there must be thousands of Macs out there still running El Capitan and not able to use AppleMusic properly anymore now.

I also posted that on the Apple discussions forum and Apple censored my post. At least they sent an Email telling me that my post was withdrawn.
