Apple's 30th Anniversary

I was wondering what the possibility that Apple could release a special computer to celebrate their anniversary is?? Afterall, the TAM was released in May 1997, 13 months after the anniversary

I wonder myself if Apple will do anything for the 30th anniversary. I wouldn't rule anything out being that the 20th anniversary came out so late. I kinda wonder what Apple could pull out of their sleeves...

I don't want to discourage speculation, but I really doubt it. I think the new Intel machines to come should be the 30th anniversary hub-bub. Advertising about a Special Edition Mac would draw away from the Macintoshes that should be purchased.

(And if there is a 30th anniversary Mac that is $10,000 then that will scare people away. With a price like that it would scare me)
