I must admit i am a recent convert to the Apple Brand and i have been overwhelmed by the level of service, understanding & compassion shown from this company 
I have started this thread to show how impressed i am
I have had my iPhone swapped out now for the fourth time in 10 months the first time was due to 3G signal problems and the last three for light leaking from between the bezel and screen on the left hand side!
I called the Apple Care team this evening to report the problem of the light leaking and within 10 mins they had arranged an appointment at the Genius bar at my local Apple Store for tomorrow at 10:20am to get the iPhone swapped out again! less than 12 hours from reporting the problem
Yesterday i called them to report a problem i had after upgrading to 10.6.2 on my MacBook Pro with my sound being low and within 30 mins they called me back with a resolution to the problem

I can honestly say i have never experienced this level of service from any company that i have had dealings with!!
As the saying goes you get what you pay for
