I'm pretty sure I know what's going on here. The Home app knows where my home is because it can geolocate based on the location of the WAP to which my HomeKit hub is connected. That's fine.
What I don't understand is why Apple Maps won't let me do the same thing. Apple Maps is clueless when it comes to parsing physical addresses in Thailand. It can't figure out where my home is based on the address. When I try to navigate to or from my home address I just get a message saying: "A route can't be shown because of a problem connecting to the server." Not helpful.
How about letting me set "home" in Apple Maps to the same "home" that HomeKit seems to know about?
