Apple's I'm a PC guy on the Daily Show.

This is a pretty funny video, watch it all the way through.

Linky

It's funny, I Hate the Apple commercials, mainly because they play of steriotypes.
But all they did was make me LIKE the PC guy!:D :p and hate the Mac guy:mad:

I suppose if anything its commendation of how Apple's adverts have penetrated the popular psyche. Not bad for a company with only 10% of the market shares. At least State-side anyway. I've not even seen the adverts here in the UK.

Unfortunately, I think they distorted the issue a bit...there's some discussion of guaranteeing the second tier a minimum amount of bandwidth speed. So it's not as horrific as people make it out to be. (Sorry, fans of pneumatic tubes.)

I still don't like the idea of ending net neutrality, though. It'll probably entrench the big dot.coms further by allowing them to use their vast monetary resources to bump little guys into the second tier.

Saw the re-run the other day... hilarious!

Best part was when Stewart says something like "So you would be... say, a Personal Computer?" and the guy finally responds with "OK, I see where you're going with this... fine, I'm a PC."

Great video! I love the satire of the Daily Show. Obviously if the large companies got the chance to push their data and kick the little guys to second teir it would be a sad day for the internet, and not something I am looking forward to.

I agree, 2nd tier internet would be a bad thing in my opinion.
