Apple's policy in the Middle-East.

I live in Kuwait & i want to know if it's possible to buy songs from the iTunes store.
And what about other services that i can't enjoy like printing photo albums from iPhoto and getting an ID?
Does anybody know if they're going to expand their marketing strategy in the near future?

Microsoft is everywhere here, they're like the (Big Brother), but what about

Living in south africa is very similar though it is possible to buy from the iTunes music store, you just need some credit card information or something to allow the system to work. Unfortunately photoprinting is not available. You can still sign up for apple ID though. On a side note; can you get extended warranty (applecare) in Kuwait?
