I think the iPhone 14 Pro/Pro Max is great, but I feel that going eSim only was a stupid decision.

I’m very surprised that nobody has suggest a software glitch or that the OPs back up may be corrupted in someway… two iPhones doing exactly the same thing? I wouldn’t say they brick for no reason… I’d suggest starting from scratch setting up as new without backup and see how it goes… also take note of what apps you use and perhaps one of them isn’t playing nice. I got my 14pm a month ago and so far haven’t had any trouble at all with it.

Been my experience as well with T-Mobile and Verizon Wireless. Switching around ESIMs, adding ESIMS, moving ESIM phones between lines has been painless, instant, and fairly easy.

I guess we can judge manufacturers on just 2 phones? So using that same logic here... I have a 14 Pro and a 14 Pro Max. Neither of them have problems. Apple is PERFECT and their Quality Control is PERFECT. I also have had Apple replace a broken phone (dropped) recently (last year) within 5 mins of walking in the store. Excellent.

....

Alrighty. lol. Guess I need to go create my thread about how Apple's QC is perfect on the 14 Pro. I probably won't get as much attention tho. :(
the qc is fine on me

iPhones outside the US still have a SIM card tray and also allow for eSim. So best of both worlds?
