Apples service is awesome

I am having numerous problems(RSD,chipping,left panel squeaking,and so on..... WEEK 29
I called and told the rep.. that i was gona swich back and he got a PR rep... HE said that if i send it in, he would give me anything around $100 bucks or less for free... Now thats service and they also said they would expedite shipping because i take it to school daily... Im still thinking if i should send it or take to my authorized service provider(no apple stores with 250 miles)..But apple is awesome

Wow! It's always cool to hear good stories like this. This forum attracts naggers and whiners when it comes to Apple service. Thanks for sharing and hopefully it all gets fixed promptly.
