I was talking to an Apple salesperson:
"Hi, I'm looking to buy an MBP, but I have one concern."
"Okay."
"I've been hearing that the MBPs are having a lot of yellow screen problems, and --"
"I've never heard of that."
"You haven't?"
"Nope."
"You should try going on Google and searching for 'MBP yellow screens'."
"Huh."
"Okay, so hypothetically, if I got a bad MBP, what would be my recourse?"
"I don't think you should buy it."
"You don't think I should buy a Macbook Pro?"
"Nope."
"Huh. Okay. I won't. Thanks, bye."
Apple might have one of the best PR teams around, but damn they suck at selling products.
I'm probably still going to buy an MBP, but I'm going to do it with someone
