Taxes are oppressive in EU, what else is new? Blame your Government and the Socialist regimes, not Apple. :D

$99 or £99 or €119.

That's terrible. We all know Apple have always added a bit extra for us in euroland but this is one heck of a leap, even once you add on various US taxes it's still so much more!

And yet you are still going to buy it, as well as many others. The extra bit of quid or euro isn't going to kill you if it's a product you really want.

Yes, and then go look at the pricing parity between other US and UK items. $≠£. Apple TV is much more here than it is in the US, more so any other Apple product.
