Hey,
I am really interested in getting an Applesac for a Macbook. I was just wondering how snug the fit is. Is there any chance someone who owns one could snap a few pictures of their Macbook inside the sleeve and post them .. along with some impressions?

Also, what would the advantages be to getting a neoprene case (a la be.ez LaRobe) versus a fabric sleeve full of fleece? I think the fabric sleeve looks like it would have way more protection against scratches or bumps. Also it doesn't have a zipper to scratch the side of the macbook.

Thanks guys!

I have a be.ez LaRobe for my TiBook along with a be.ez bag just for the added piece of mind. The neoprene sleeve hasn't scratched my TiBook in any way that I've noticed and the bag's pretty well padded too.

The only thing I've heard against the LaRobe's is some of the coloured fabrics stain the white MacBooks' casing although I don't personally know anyone who this has happened to.

Applesac

I have an applesac macbook pro cover. The one that is made with tan hemp and has a blue furbur type material inside. The fit is pretty tight.

The reason I got it over a neoprene sleeve is because it doesn't look like there is a notebook inside it. I don't feel real comfortable carrying it around by itself but I do throw it in my back pack between notebooks.

If I have some time this weekend I will take a picture and upload it here.
