I have an iPhone with a fresh install of firmware 1.1.1. Using the newest version of iJailBreak, I unzipped the "iJailBreak" folder into the "Applications" folder. I followed the directions, crashed safari. About 4 minutes into the jail break, I get an error message that says "AppleScript Error" "rm: /Volumes/Snowbird3A110a.N45Bundle/private/etc/fstab: No such file or directory (1)" What is this error message, and how can I fix it??!

Thank for the help

Did you upzipped ijailbreak to your application folder of your computer? Make sure inside the ijailbreak folder, there are 1 ijailbreak application and 1 resources folder

Yes, I unzipped the iJailBreak folder into the Applications folder. The Resources folder is in the iJailBreak folder and it did not have any errors unzipping.

I had a similar problems too. What I found works is that I restore my iphone to 1.1.1 and before doing anything, I set my "auto-lock" to never and connect my iphone at all times, even when the popups said to connect to safari to site and then connect the iphone. Just make sure to connect the iphone before opening the ijailbreak application and close itunes and force quit itunes when it comes up. Hope it works.

I have a computer that has a fresh install of Mac OS 10.4.10, I unzipped iJailBreak into the Applications folder. Now I am getting a different error message. "AppleScript Error" Could not connect to lockdown port mv: rename rdisk0s1.dmg to rdisk0s1.dmg: No such file or directory (1)" I don't know what this means and I don't know what I am doing wrong. This is so frustrating!!!
