AppleTV and Coverscout 3

I recently realized there is a problem between AppleTV and Coverscout 3. Everything worked perfectly fine on my AppleTV until I upgraded from Coverscout to Coverscout 3. Now when I put covers on in Coverscout 3, they won't play on the AppleTV. The music will play on my APX, iTunes, iPhone, and iPod. There seems to be something the AppleTV doesn't like with the tagging of the music files.

Has anyone else noticed any problems like this?

I am surprised there haven't been any responses. I must be doing something wrong if I am the only one having this problem.
All of my files are in ALAC format.
