I'm wondering if it is possible to stream slingbox through appleTV - I know that it is possible to control your appleTV through your slingbox but the end result I'm looking for is getting my slingbox to show up on my regular TV wireless - thought it might be possible through appleTV. Anyone know anything about this and can help me out? much appreciated! Thanks!

Not currently possible, but conceivable. There is already a an iPhone app for slingboxes. Once the AppleTV is opened up for third party applications, a slingbox AppleTV application is definitely possible. Both run OSi. So it should be doable. Whether Apple would permit it is another thing.

How do you control AppleTV through SlingBox?

With the SlingBox IR Blaster. However, to get the video output from the Apple TV to the component inputs on the SlingBox you need either the first-generation Apple TV (which has component video outputs) or an HDMI-to-component adapter for the second-generation Apple TV.
