Application for flash creation

Once in windows platform, I use an application called 'swish' for making flash videos the easy way, much easier tha macromedia flash indeed.

Now on mac os x, is there any easy application to develop flash without purchasing the original heavy adobe flash mx application?

Depends on what you are trying to create. I have not found much in the way of easy flash creation. There is vertical moon software and some extensions for flash.
