Application to make certain windows transparent

Hi community. I need your help.

I am looking for an application that can make a Safari or Google Chrome Window transparent and float on top. So I have a regular Browser Side open and can make adjustments on it by looking at the transparent window overlapping. In my case I need to have two maps open and make adjustments to one while seeing the exact map with other stuff. Does it make sense :D ?

I tried to download and install afloat, but I cant get it running. Any suggestions for other apps or help for running it on Catalina?
