Application transfer from pc to iphone

Hi,

I just download few applications on my pc and whenever i try to transfer them on iphone 4g an error shows that unable to transfer because its not sign. what does it means and can anyone help me to solve this problem?

Where did you download these applications from? iTunes? Or a non-official/pirate source?

Well from non official sources but does it matters.

Yes. As anything not from iTunes won't be signed hence the error you are seeing.
