Application transfer

Hi,
I just recently updated my computer and re-installed windows. I copied the old iTunes music folder to my new OS. Everything seems to be intact except the applications. It isnt showing any.

Any tips on how I can get my apps there?

Right click on the phone in iTunes, and then click "Transfer Purchases."
