Application windows, "traffic lights" are grey

The red, yellow and green dots on windows in all applications including Finder have for some reason turned grey. I'm shure it's something stupid I did. I think it happened after I played around with dark/light/automatic modes, or maybe it came after I upgraded to 10.15.6.
Anyone else seen this?

You may have set the accent colour to graphite. That makes them go monochrome as well as a lot of other things
