Applications folder missing non Apple apps after uodate

My applications folder is missing every non-base install app that was previously installed.

Has anyone else come across this and if so, have you figured out how to restore your apps without caving to reinstall everything?

try a search for one of those apps. and what about your actual files, are they there?
