applications from app store are not working

Hi Experts,
Is there anyone who can help? I bought some games and applications from app store on my iphone. after i install them on the iphone, it aint working, i touched the icon on the screen, it brings me to another screen but nothing came out and back to the main window again.

turn off and on your phone again, or hold down the home button and top button until it shuts down and turn it back on. you will see the apple logo, just wait until your phone loads up.

I had the same problem.

I found that if i just restart my phone usually the app would start to function properly...
