I am aware that I haven't posted for awhile and hate to ask, but I am a member of Macbb as well, and for some strange reason people have stopped answering my questions, either I did something wrong, or they are being Di#*S anyway, I really need help, if anyone could please help me
I basically want to try and find out what people do (if this even exists) as some form of checklist, to make sure that a Mac is working the best it possibly can
Just to make sure the little gremlins that keep happening aren't something more serious, e.g. the computers temperature or after 3-4 days of being on, everything seems slower.
Does anyone on the forum have a checklist every time they use their Mac, to make sure that everything is okay, like a list of programs to run and how often, basically want to avoid treating my iMac like myself (being a hypochondriac) that I am not running to a doctor every time I think something is wrong, I don't want to be doing the same with my Mac. I don't want to be my own Mac Genius or anything like that, but if there was some kind of process I could put into place, that would stop me worrying, that would be greatly appreciated
I mean I have Sophos and Malwarebytes Anti-Malware, occasionally I use DriveDX but I don't really know how to interpret the severity of the errors I get sometimes,
If there was a simpler process I would really appreciate it
