Macbook 1.83Ghz with 10.4.7.
Haven't installed anything. MSN Messenger and Photoshop won't launch.
I've tried deleting files, etc, repairing permissions, reinstalling. They just either bounce once (if they're already on the dock) or appear and then disappear.
